We are Crawford and Co Surveyors, an RICS chartered building surveying practice. We offer energy efficiency consultancy and award winning retrofit services.
Established in 2008, we have been helping clients for almost 20 years to understand and navigate their way through building surveys, establishing ourselves as experts in carrying out energy performance certificates, and sustainability improvements. We are regulated by the RICS, award winning for our retrofit services, and also hold nationally respected accreditations through Elmhurst and Trust Mark. Our clients can be assured of professional and knowledgable services each and every visit.
From a one-person operation at a home office through to regulated RICS surveyors, Retrofit Assessors, Retrofit Coordinators, energy assessors, and property photographers, providing a nationwide cost-effective and seamless service.
