Description

Ash is our Managing Director, an MSc Building Surveyor with MCIOB and Assoc RICS status, and over 20 years’ experience in the built environment. His career in property began as an electrician providing electrical inspections for landlords. Following this, Ash started CC Ltd and has grown the company from one a person operation through to an established local and national business, delivering a variety of property compliance and marketing services.

As the managing director, Ash oversees the operational and strategic direction of the company. Using his entrepreneurial skills, Ash has been successful in supplying reliable and innovative services to match client requirements.

Ash received his Masters’ Degree in Building Surveying in 2018 and continues to develop his knowledge in the industry, qualifying as Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Coordinator and works closely with estate agents, landlord and housing associations, local authorities and within the energy and sustainability sector.

Ash was highly commended as Retrofit Coordinator of the year at the 2022 Retrofit Academy Awards.

Ash is a qualified Scuba Diving instructor and loves playing the guitar. Learning languages is a passion and he spent 6 months living in Guatemala to enhance his Spanish. He also spent 2 years living and working in Thailand and Spain prior to CC Ltd. When time allows he also enjoys snowboarding and travelling with his young family.
