Surveyor

Description

Charlie is a part of our surveying team and is an aspiring RICS Surveyor carrying out onsite visits for EPC’s and Retrofit assessments. Charlie ensures surveys get done with great efficiency, and gives customers an understanding of why he is carrying out the survey. He feel great pride in doing what he does.

Charlie has previous experience as an apprentice plumber, and also in hospitality. From both of these roles he gained the much needed skills for working life. Plumbing gave him an understanding of how houses are constructed, and hospitality helped him develop his customer service skills. Both of these experiences really prepared him for the role he is in now.

When we asked Charlie why he joined CC, he said “I chose to come and work for Crawford & co, because upon reading up on the company, it felt like a breath of fresh air. Being able to work for a business which has such high standards, but also has a brilliant sense of community with the employees really hit the nail on the head for me.”

Charlie is an avid supporter of Nottingham Forest and tries to get down the city ground as much as he possibly can. Charlie has played guitar since he was 15 years old, and has an ever growing vinyl collection. One of his favourite bands is Oasis, having been to see Liam Gallagher 3 times and Noel once. Charlie is a big family person, spending most of his evenings and weekends surrounded by them and his girlfriend.
