Description

Lloyd is our Lead Energy Surveyor. He has excelled in his role since joining CC Ltd, qualifying as a Domestic and Non-Domestic Energy Assessor, and more recently as a commercial drone pilot. Lloyd has also gained considerable experience as a property photographer and provides top quality property marketing and compliance.

Prior to joining CC, Lloyd served in HM Armed Forces for 5 years. During this time, he was able to explore the world, taking part in major overseas operations and exercises. Lloyd gained excellent experience in leadership and organisation. He left the army to follow his passion for the property industry and now living in Nottinghamshire, enjoys working for a small local business.

Lloyd is currently studying for his RICS certification through a degree apprenticeship in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University.

Lloyd likes to spend time with his partner and children, taking walks around famous country halls and parks to admire the beautiful architecture and gardens. He enjoys sampling local meals and IPA’s in nearby bars and restaurants. Lloyd also enjoys maintaining his army fitness by going on regular runs.
