Marvin is part of our Surveying department and has over ten years’ experience in the Built Environment.
Description
Marvin is part of our Surveying department and has over ten years’ experience in the Built Environment. During his time with CC, Marvin has qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor, a Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Coordinator and gained his Drone Licence.
Marvin provides Energy Performance Certificates to homeowners and as a Retrofit Assessor, helps homeowners become eligible for government funding for energy-efficient home improvements.
With experience gained in photography and aerial photography and video, Marvin carries out our visual marketing services for the sale and rental of properties across the UK. This includes drawing marketing floor plans and shooting property tour videos.
Marvin is currently studying for his MSc in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University.

Hobbies
Marvin enjoys Cooking, Reading, the outdoors and walking his dog. He is currently writing a Children’s book and is learning to speak German and Bulgarian.
