Shannon is our Operations Director, bringing over 13 years of experience within the industry and a proven track record of driving meaningful change. Since joining Crawford & Co Surveyors in 2013 as an Accounts Assistant, she has played a central role in shaping the way the company works today.

At the forefront of system improvements and operational transformation, Shannon has introduced new processes that have streamlined workflows, enhanced communication between teams, and improved the overall customer experience. Her ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective solutions has not only strengthened day-to-day operations but also paved the way for the company’s expansion into new services. These contributions, alongside her strong leadership, led to her well-deserved appointment as Operations Director.

In 2024, Shannon was awarded Professional Service Apprentice of the Year in recognition of her outstanding commitment to the industry and her ambition to achieve AssocRICS status. She continues to shape and influence the future of Crawford & Co Surveyors, driving the company forward with innovation and passion. Even after 13 years with the business, Shannon remains committed to continuous learning, development, and gaining new skills to ensure she is always at the forefront of industry change.

Shannon is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and became the company’s first female Retrofit Assessor under PAS 2035. She is now furthering her expertise by working towards becoming a qualified surveying technician.
