Surveyor

Description

Xinghong is a part of our surveying team and is an aspiring RICS Surveyor. His daily duties consist of on-site property surveys, identifying defects and producing detailed reports along with recommendations for Retrofit assessment and Energy Performance Certificates.

Xinghong’s previous experience stems from working as a Logistics Coordinator, he has experience in system implementation and customer requirements with order processing, stock coordination and overseeing the supply chain management. He also has the expertise to ensure the successful import and export of goods throughout the logistics process. With previous customer service experience, it helps him a lot to deal with all kinds of situation during his on site surveys.

When we asked Xinghong why he joined CC, he said “It fits my career plan and I want to go deeper in this field. CC is a good workplace, it shows on revolution and now how fast the company is growing, I believe I will learn a lot and grow working here.”

In his spare time Xinghong enjoys going to the gym and watching anime. He also love long drives to explore new areas and the views that accompany them.
