Eddy is a Building Surveyor and qualified drone pilot who is a part of our Surveying team.
Description
Eddy is a Building Surveyor in our Surveying team. During his time with CC he has qualified as a Domestic Energy Assessor, a Retrofit Assessor and gained his Drone Licence.
Eddy provides Energy Performance Certificates to homeowners and as a Retrofit Assessor, helps homeowners become eligible for government funding for energy-efficient home improvements.
With experience gained in photography and aerial photography and video, Eddy carries out our visual marketing services for the sale and rental of properties across the UK. This includes drawing marketing floor plans and shooting property tour videos.
Eddy is currently studying a degree apprenticeship in Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University aiming to become an RICS Surveyor.

Hobbies
Eddy loves to travel in the UK and around the world, previously spending two summers living in Ibiza. His memorable trips include touring South-East Asia and Europe. South America is next on his bucket list! Eddy likes to play football, go on adventurous walks, produce music and DJ.
